DGC remodels Belvedere offices to improve customer service
DGC Vehicle Rental is revamping its main offices in Belvedere, South-East London, to give a better customer experience, with a dedicated customer lobby and open-plan offices throughout the working area.
The Belvedere offices host 13 staff who handle sales, rental agreements and account management. Removing the walls between these departments is more than symbolic – DGC says the move will allow team members to handle customer requests more quickly and ensure joined-up thinking across all the departments. There will also be a hot-desk for the use of any team members coming in from other branches.
“We are constantly reviewing and improving our performance,” says Andy Taylor, DGC MD. “Remodelling our working space will give customers a better experience when they come into talk to us but it will also enhance our internal communications and so give a more seamless service between departments.”
