What time can I collect and return vehicles to your new site?
In office hours between 08:00 and 17:30 Monday to Friday. Any movements outside of this will need to be pre-booked.
I want to collect a DGC vehicle at HTC Belvedere
If you intend to collect a DGC vehicle from HTC Belvedere after presenting it for service or repair (during office hours) we will pick you up free of charge and bring you back to our office for you to drive away in the rented vehicle. Please ensure this is pre-booked to ensure availability (we will also offer a pre-booked return journey).
How do I get a courtesy vehicle?
We will pick you up free of charge and bring you back to our office to drive away in the rented vehicle in office hours (we will also offer a pre-booked return journey). Courtesy vehicles must be pre-agreed and booked at your normal nominated repairer.
What is the process for HTC Belvedere Servicing without DGC’s presence?
If you have planned service events at HTC Belvedere please ensure you adhere to your booking slot. Missed booking slots may incur a change.
